Shippuuga (Hurricane Fang): A wide slash that is performed while Zero is dashing. Thanks to the wide arc of the swing, a single attack can strike multiple enemies in a single stroke. The skill's one downside is that it can't be used in midair.
Ryuenjin (Dragon Flame Blade): A leaping slash that envelops the Z-Saber in fire that will burn the target should it hit.
Hyouretsuzan (Ice Fury Slash): A downward thrust that is performed from midair. The Z-Saber is covered in chilling ice that cuts the target deeper than normal.
Rakuhouha (Falling Phoenix Crush): A Giga Attack that covers a wide range. Zero charges energy into his Z-Buster and punches the ground, sending out energy bolts from his sides in a fan-shaped manner. This attack drains Zero's energy, and consecutive use can tire him out, or even knock him unconscious.
X5 Techniques:
Ittouryoudan: Genmurei (Cutting in Two with a Single Stroke: Phantasm Zero): Zero's ultimate technique. Zero must concentrate for a time to focus the energy needed for this attack, leaving him wide open to attack from the enemy while he charges. As his energy grows, a faint purple aura will slowly appear around him, a sign that he is close to having the energy required. Once he is finished charging, Zero makes a small jump into the air as he spins his body vertically. Focusing his strength, he brings his Z-Saber down toward the ground in a powerful, wide arc. The resulting slash sends out a destructive wave of energy toward the target that, as the name implies, is capable of killing in a single blow. While he can still fight afterward, Zero is left extremely tired after only a single use, and thus leaves him at a disadvantage should the enemy survive or dodge it. This is a high-risk attack that Zero only uses if there's no other choice.
X7 Techniques:
Raijinshou (Thunder God Rising): Zero spins around as he jumps into the air, creating a small tornado around him that's wreathed in electricity.
Hadangeki (Wave Severing Attack): Zero swings his Z-Saber downward in an overhead arc. The strength of the swing is great enough to send out a wave of energy that can strike enemies at mid-range.
Gokumonken (Prison Gate Sword): Entering a defensive stance, Zero can block enemy projectiles. Should a nearby enemy attack him, he is able to counter the attack and strike the offender.
X8 Techniques:
Z-Saber:
Juuhazan (Heavy Wave Slash): A heavy overhead slash that can knock the enemy off balance, breaking their guard. Zero must focus his strength for a moment before the swing, leaving him open to attack while he prepares.
D-Glaive:
Renyoudan (Chained Leaf Severing): With the D-Glaive out, Zero performs six consecutive thrusts. This attack is capable of breaking enemy barriers.
B-Fan:
Zekkyoudan (Broken Mirror Severing): With the B-Fan held, Zero can send most projectiles back at the one who shot or threw them by swinging as the attack comes at him.
K-Knuckle:
Raijinken (Thunder Swift Fist): Sliding forward, Zero performs an electrically-charged uppercut the ends with powerful lightning striking the area right in front of him. This technique can be used in the middle of a mid-air dash.
Enkoukyaku (Flame Descending Leg): Zero performs a descending kick that is swathed in flames, burning enemies on contact.
Senpuukyaku (Whirlwind Leg): Zero executes an airborne, pirouetting kick that is enveloped in darkness. This attack can either rise up or fall down.
Shouryuuken (Rising Dragon Fist): Zero performs an upward-spiraling uppercut that's surrounded by a cold mist, capable of freezing enemies on contact.
Shippuuga (Hurricane Fang): A wide slash that is performed while Zero is dashing. Thanks to the wide arc of the swing, a single attack can strike multiple enemies in a single stroke. The skill's one downside is that it can't be used in midair.
